We are proud to announce the successful delivery of our latest supply tanker, MT Brisen, marking an expansion of our bunker fleet. With this new addition, Stena Oil now operates a total of five supply tankers with capacities ranging from 1,000 to 5,600 DWT.
Delivered under a Time Charter arrangement in partnership with OljOla Shipping AB, MT Brisen was constructed by Genka Denizcilik Ve Yatirim A.S. in Tuzla and was handed over to OljOla Shipping earlier this fall. This project showcases the strong collaboration among Stena Oil, Stena Teknik, OljOla Shipping, and Stena Metall Finans.
MT Brisen is distinguished as the first vessel in the IMO II category within Stena Oil's bunker fleet. This classification enables the tanker to load and transport a variety of chemical-grade products, including biofuels and methanol, in response to the growing demand for sustainable bunker solutions in the region. Brisen was delivered to Stena Oil on 25th September.
We are committed to meeting the evolving needs of the maritime industry and enhancing its service offerings through innovative and eco-friendly solutions.
